Sheila G. Culler
Sheila G. Culler, Consultant, Cinteger LLC brings a seasoned approach to all things administrative in the engineering realm. With numerous years of experience in startups to Fortune 500 companies, Sheila fills many roles. Experienced in Primavera and advanced reporting, there is little she can’t tackle even if it involves creation. Her zeal for continuous improvement ensures that what gets created on day one gets improved through time. She is known throughout many circles as extremely dependable and requested by many clients.
Sheila serves in many capacities across multiple clients including
technical writing, project planning, reporting and execution, web-based project management, documentation development and fulfillment, and total quality improvements.
While at Pappas Ventures, Emerging Technologies Center, Sheila managed the company’s deal flow and contact databases, performed web site responsibilities, and was responsible for company marketing, communications and presentation material.
As Project Scheduler for Impact Management Services, Sheila served Progress Energy’s Real Estate Master Plan initiative by developing the Primavera schedules and collecting monthly updates and schedule updates. She also provided the VP for Real Estate detailed reporting for project control.
As Associate Project Engineer with GlaxoSmithKline, Sheila advised the Vice President, Directors, Managers, functional business areas and 5 Excellence Process Teams on strategic planning, short and long-term goals and objective development, and process improvement initiatives for total quality. The resulting outcome enabled achieving department alignment to the mission and vision, consistently meeting goals and objectives of approximately 1200 permanent and non-permanent staff.
She utilized project planning skills and technology to coordinate and facilitate successful management, department and Excellence Process Teams’ strategy and tactical meetings in support of department goals.
As continuous quality has always been a passion for Sheila, she organized Best-In-Class and Malcolm Baldrige Award Winner seminars and benchmarking opportunities with external organizations. She was responsible for interviewing and recruiting companies to present their success strategies at on-site seminars.
Sheila earned her associates in science degree at Lees McRae College.
